If you have a list of customers you want to add to your existing online course or digital download, we can help with that.
Whether it’s a paid or free product, it’s not necessary for your customers to go through the signup process again.
Here’s how it works:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a list of your customer’s names and email addresses.
- Let us know which online course or digital product you want to give them access to.
- We’ll email you back unique links for each person to 1-click enroll. You’ll then email each person individually with their unique link to enroll. To get access, all they’ll need to do is to enter a password.
That’s it. Have any questions? Please email us (email@example.com) or just click the blue chat icon in the bottom right of the screen.
For our more technically savvy folks with big lists to import, you can send all the emails in one batch with Zapier
Here’s what Len from GrooveHQ did:
I set up a Google sheet with the header row of the token csv that you sent me, and I set up a Zap to send personalized emails (populated with first name + unique url) out to everyone. Here’s what the setup looks like:
Then I copy/pasted all of the students from your csv into the Google Sheet, and Zapier automatically sent out the email from my Gmail account:
Create a Google Sheets document with the first name, last name, email and password reset token that we send you.
Create as Zap that starts with Google Sheets and updates when new rows are added.
Have that Zap trigger a new "draft email" (just to be safe) when a new row is added.
Have the "to" field point to the email address.
Have the "first name" be at the top of the body of the email where you're addressing the person.
Have the "password reset token" be in the email for them to click on.
Add all the database lines we send you to the sheet and they'll starting showing up as drafts for you.
