When you create an online course, we'd recommend adding some frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help preemptively answer your customers questions.
There's no "right amount" of questions per se, it's more about putting yourself in your customer's shoes to consider their questions, reservations, doubts, etc.
If you're looking for some inspiration, here are some common
-Who is this course for?
-What will I get out of this course?
-What if I still have questions?
You can even go a step further: reach out to your customers and ask them directly if they have questions, then incorporate those into your FAQ section.
To start building your FAQ section for your online course, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on "Products" in the top bar of your navigation, then click on the "Edit" button on the far right of the online course.
Step 2: Once inside the course editor, click the "Product Info" tab (2nd tab after "Content").
Step 3: Once inside the "Product Info" tab, scroll about three quarters down the page to find the "Frequently asked questions" area.
To add a frequently asked question, click the "Add FAQ" button to open up the editor.
Save your FAQ by clicking "Add question." After adding a bunch of questions & answers, your FAQ section should look something like this:
