If you're ready to begin engaging with your audience, an email broadcast is a great way to do that.

Email broadcast also provide a lot of flexibility in terms of communication; for instance, you could send your audience a broadcast email, a "weekly broadcast," or even a series of campaign emails dripped out over time.

Want to watch a video about how to use Email Marketing in Podia? We have you covered! The broadcast section is in the first 3 minutes below 📹 👀

To send your own email broadcasts, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on "Email" in the top bar of your navigation.

Step 2: Click the "New Email" button at the top right of the screen.

Next, select the new broadcast to create an untitled broadcast.

Step 3: Select the group of recipients who will be getting your broadcast. Don't forget to add a catchy subject line to your broadcast as well.

Step 4: It's now time to craft the content of your email broadcast. If you'd like to include any attachments (like a special file, etc) click the "Choose file" or "Browse" button at the bottom of the screen

Step 5: Before you send out your email broadcast, we would recommend previewing it and/or sending yourself a test email. To do that, click the "Preview email" button (to see a preview pop-up within Podia) or click "Send test" to see a test version in your inbox.

Step 6: When the email is all set, you can go choose to send it now, or schedule it to send at a later date.

To schedule your email, select "Send later" and select a date and time:

You can set your timezone for scheduling in your Store settings.

Finally, hit "Schedule broadcast" and you're good to go!

You can edit or delete a scheduled email anytime before it goes out. To edit the scheduled email, you have to first cancel the schedule. You can cancel the scheduled email by clicking on "Cancel schedule" in the options menu or on the broadcast engagement page.

Alternatively, to send the email now, select "Send now", review the total number of recipients, and confirm with the "Send now" button one last time.

At this point, you should be good to go, but if you still have questions, just reach out: [email protected] (or just click the little blue icon at the bottom right of the screen).
