At some point, you may need to make edits or changes to your customer's information like his/her name, contact information, etc.

To make edits to your customer's information, follow the steps below:

Step 1: From within your Dashboard, on "Audience" at the top.

Step 2: You can now see all of your customers. You can also use the search bar at the top to look for a specific customer by name or email address.

To edit a specific customer's information, click on his/her name.

When you click into a specific customer's profile, this is what it will look like:

Step 3: Once inside your customer's profile, you can now edit their information, from name to contact information by clicking on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.

When you're finished, click the purple "Save changes" button.
