Creating a new subscription plan in your community lets you earn recurring income from your audience.
On Podia you can create multiple plans for your community area. You can set up different recurring pricing for each one of your plans and also manage content and access to specific topics.
Plans are based on monthly or yearly billing periods. The customer’s billing date will be based on the day of the month that they joined your plan.
Example: if they sign up for a monthly subscription on May 14th, their next billing date will be on June 14th.

Creating a new plan
Step 1: Access the Community tab at the top menu.
Step 2: Click on Settings in the left sidebar.
Step 3: Scroll down the page until you see the Plans section! To add a new plan simply click on “+ New plan”.
Step 4: Now, all you need to do is fill in with the details of your plan! Give your plan a name, description, and image.
You’ll also be able to set up a price for your plans (or keep it free) as well as a trial period.
You’ll also be able to give members of your plan access to any of your Podia products, and manage the plan’s availability. If you have an integration with a specific email platform you’ll be also able to set this up on this page.
Step 5: Once you’re done, hit Create Plan and you’re done! Your new plan has been created.
Can I change the price of a plan after I publish it?
You WON'T be able to change the price of a plan after publishing it.
Do you support PayPal & Stripe for subscription plans?
If you intend on setting up pricing for your plan, you will need to connect Stripe to your account.
Communities only support Stripe for payment processing at this time.
