Setting a welcome message for your home feed
Here's how to set a welcome message for your home feed:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Settings in the sidebar menu.
Under the Community section, click Edit next to the Welcome Message option.
Click to turn on the option "Show a welcome message on your community home page".
Once you enable this option, you’ll be able to customize your welcome message. You can set:
Image: Upload an image to display alongside your message
Title: Add a headline for your welcome message
Description: Write a short message for your members
Buttons: Add up to two buttons to guide members to key areas
When you’re done, click Save to apply your changes.
That’s it! Your welcome message will appear for members on their home feed until they choose to dismiss it.

The welcome message banner image uses a 1:1 aspect ratio. There’s no strict size requirement, but we recommend using an image that’s at least 500 × 500 px for best results.
If you upload an image with a different aspect ratio (like 16:9), it will be cropped to fit the square format. To avoid important details being cut off, keep the main focus of your image centered.
