You can easily cancel a community member's subscription if you'd like.

Step 1: Go to the Audience tab

Step 2: Search for the person's email address using the search bar or click directly on the person's name you'd like to cancel its subscription.

It will open the customer's details:

Step 3: Click on the three dots next to your Community name and click "Cancel subscription...":

You have two choices here:

  1. You can cancel their subscription immediately. They'll lose all access to your Membership.

  2. You can cancel their subscription at the end of the billing cycle. They'll have access until their subscription runs out.

Your customer will receive one email when their subscription ends.
