There may be times you'll need to remove a customer from a particular product. This can be easily achieved by doing the following:

  1. In your Dashboard, click "Audience"

  2. Search the name or email of the customer you'd like removed

  3. Scroll down to the product you'd like to remove them from, click the ellipsis, then click "Remove Access"

After that, you're all set! The customer will no longer have access to the product. If they were on an active payment plan, be sure to cancel the future payments as well so they're not charged going forward.
