What's ActiveCampaign and how do I use it?

ActiveCampaign is email automation software that's incredibly easy-to-use. You can use it to set up newsletters, drip email marketing campaigns, and more.

To sync your Podia account with ActiveCampaign, follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Locate your ActiveCampaign API key

On your ActiveCampaign account, click the "Settings" option located in the left side navigation menu.

The Account Settings menu will appear. Click the "Developer" option.  

The Developer Settings page will load and will display your ActiveCampaign API URL and Key. 

Step 2: Add your ActiveCampaign API Key to Podia

Head over to your Integrations page under site Settings on Podia and enable the ActiveCampaign integration:

Copy your "API Key" and URL, and add them to Podia. Click on Connect.

Step 3: Add your customers and subscribers to your ActiveCampaign lists

Click on Products in the Podia top navigation. 

Assuming you already have a product (online course or digital download, etc), click on the "Edit" icon:

Now that you're viewing your Product, click on the "Details" tab at the top, and scroll down to the "ActiveCampaign" section. Then, simply select the list for that respective product:

For memberships: you will want to click the Community tab and the same box to add the ActiveCampaign list 😃

That's all there is to it! Now when people sign up for this product, they'll also be added to the chosen list in your ActiveCampaign account.
