Comments are a great way to get feedback on your content, generate discussions among your customers, and build a community around your digital products.

By default, comments are enabled for any of your digital products, making it easy for customers & students to engage with your content 💬

Customers can comment on each lesson and both you & other customers can ❤ react or engage with one another through replies.

Managing comment visibility

You can easily enable or disable comments for any of your digital products. Here's how:

Step 1: Click on Products in the top bar of your navigation, then click on the "Edit" button on the far right of the product.

Step 2: Click on the Details tab and select the best option for you under Comment visibility:


Liking, replying & deleting comments

You can also manage, delete, and respond to comments with the Engagement section for any of your digital products!

Step 1: Click on Products in the top bar of your navigation, then click directly on the name of the product you'd like to access comments for.

Step 2: Then, click on the Comments tab:

Step 3: Use the available options to ❤, delete or reply to any of the comments!
