Adding FAQs to your site pages is a great way to boost your site and also save time by offering customers a self-service support option with the most frequently asked questions about anything!

Adding an FAQ section

Step 1: Access the Site editor by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner of your dashboard and choose “Edit Site”.

Step 2: Click + to add a new section, and then choose "FAQs" from the left sidebar:

Step 1: Click directly on section and use the sidebar to make any modifications you’d like!

Title, description & buttons

From the sidebar on the left, you’ll be able to change your section’s title, description, add one or two custom buttons, and also customize the individual questions of the FAQ.

Individual question items

In order to add new FAQ questions click on "+ New question".

To edit individual ones, just click on the individual questions to open up their own editing options:

Question toggles

You can use question toggles to create a reveal animation for your answers.

You can enable/disable this option directly from the sidebar:


If you click on the Design tab you’ll also be able to modify the layout, justification, colors, and add a background image to your FAQ section!

Once you’re done, be sure to click "Publish" in the upper right-hand corner to make your FAQ section live on your site. This is a great way to create an overall site FAQ, as well as share any commonly asked questions about specific products.
