Wondering why a community member might not be seeing your posts?

If a member is logged in, but isn’t seeing the posts they expect to, check that the topics you want them to see to ensure their plan has access [link topic access doc]. You can also check their profile to make sure they have an active subscription.

If a member is seeing some posts you’d expect them to see but not all, they may need to check which topics they’re following [link to customer guide on following topics if we have one].
