Are members letting you know they haven't gotten any emails for your recent posts? Or maybe you are troubleshooting for your own test member account and haven't gotten an email yet?

Take these steps into account to see what might be causing this.

Checking their notification preferences

Ask the member to check their email preferences. They may have turned off to receive post notifications.

Checking if they follow the topic

If that is up to date, you'll want them to check they are following the topic.

Members will only get these notifications if they are following the topic. They can do this by logging in and clicking All Topics:

Once there, they can see which they are and are not following:

If you automatically want any member of a certain plan to follow a topic, you will want to edit that topic and make sure you have it selected as a default topic and the proper plan has access to it.

Then anyone on that plan will automatically follow that topic! 🎉
