If you're seeing multiple "Incomplete" payments being logged in your Stripe account, don't worry!

Because of how Stripe works, Podia has to create a "payment intent" before rendering any credit card fields.

This means that if you're seeing an "incomplete" payment intent for someone, this means they have abandoned the checkout without completing the purchase.

If a customer tries to purchase the same product again and goes through the end, they shouldn't see any errors at all.

Additionally, any payment that goes through PayPal will also create a "payment intent" in Stripe, showing as "incomplete" there, regardless of the successful payment in PayPal. You can read more about this in this article!
