According to anti-spam laws (laws designed to protect consumers from getting unsolicited and unwanted commercial emails), a physical mailing address is required before you can send emails through any email marketing platform.
This address will appear in the footer of your emails. You should be able to use a personal address, business address, or even a PO box address.
Changing your mailing address
If you want to add or update your mailing address, here's how:
Access your Podia dashboard, and head over to Settings.
Locate the Email settings group and click on Edit next to the Mailing address option.
Enter or modify your mailing address and save your changes.

No. In order to comply with email communication laws, a mailing address is required to send emails from Podia and cannot be removed.
