The top contributors section shows up on your home feed and space pages, displaying the most engaged people in your community.
Overview
Top Contributors is a section in your community highlights that shows the most active members in your community.
It lists the top 5 contributors, based on the number of posts, comments, and reactions.
It helps encourage participation by giving members visibility for their activity, while also making it easy for you to see who your most engaged members are at a glance.
Top contributors are ranked based on how much they interact with your community. The main factors (from most to least weight) are:
Posts created
Comments on posts
Reactions to posts
The more members engage with your content, the higher they’ll appear in this section.
Sorting Top Contributors
You can sort Top Contributors by:

All time
To do that, click on the Filter option next to the Top Contributors section and select the period you'd like to view from the dropdown menu:
Showing/hiding top contributors
You can choose whether to display or hide the Top Contributors section in your Home Feed.
This setting can be useful if the Top Contributors feature doesn’t align with the type of community or business you’re building on Podia.
Here's how to show/hide the top contributors section:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Settings in the sidebar menu.
Click Edit next to the Top Contributors option.
Check or uncheck the option to display the Top Contributors section on your home feed.
Once hidden, the section will be hidden for everyone in your community, including you as the account owner and any assistants.

Do members with hidden profiles appear in the Top Contributors section?
No. If you choose to hide members in your community, the Top Contributors section will automatically be hidden as well.
This behavior applies regardless of your Top Contributors display setting. Hiding members will also hide the Top Contributors section from the Home Feed.
