Comments are a great way to get feedback, spark discussions, and build a community around your digital products.
By default, comments are enabled for all your digital products, making it easy for customers to engage.
Note: Product comments are not available for coaching session products or bundles.
Managing comment visibility
You can easily enable or disable comments for any of your digital products. Here's how:
In the sidebar menu, click on Products.
From there, click on the Edit button on the far right of your product.
Navigate to the Details tab.
Under Comment visibility, select if you'd like to keep comments Visible, hidden or locked:
Visible: All comments are shown and new ones can be posted
Hidden: No comments are shown and new ones can’t be posted.
Locked: Existing comments are shown, but customers cannot leave new ones.
Reacting and replying to comments
You can easily respond to comments made in your products directly from your customer dashboard.
You can also use the Notifications Inbox to reply and react to comments.
Here's how to react and reply to comments made on digital products:
In the sidebar menu, click on Products.
From the Products page, click directly on the name of the product you'd like to access comments for.
Navigate to the Comments tab.
From the comments tab you'll be able to view all the comments made in your products.
If you're viewing an online course, you'll get an overview of lessons and how many comments each lesson has.
Use the options next to each comment to reply, react, and manage comments.
Adding a comment
Here's how to add new comments from your Podia dashboard.
In the sidebar menu, click on Products.
From the Products page, click directly on the name of the product you'd like to access comments for.
Navigate to the Comments tab.
Click on the Reply button to reply directly to someone's comment or use the general Comment box to add a new comment directly to the lesson.
Note: If you're viewing an online course, make sure you select the lesson you want to add a comment to first.
Deleting a comment
To delete any comment, click the "..." button next to the comment and select "Delete...".

Typically, when a link in a comment link does not work, it is because the comment has since been deleted by the author. If you don't believe this to be the case, try clearing your cache and cookies and clicking the link again.
