Here's how to add a call to action section to your site pages:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Website in the sidebar menu.
Select Edit site.
Hover over the spot where you want to add a new section to trigger the Insert Section command.
Click the “+” symbol to add a section, then choose Call to action from the left-hand menu.
Pick from one of the pre-made design options from the left-hand menu.
The design option you picked will be added to your page.

From the left-hand menu, use the Content and Design tabs to modify your page section.
