Getting too many notifications or want to turn them on for a specific setting to make sure you don’t miss anything?

Follow these steps to update notification settings for your customer account.

  1. Log in to your customer account using the URL from the site where you purchased your product/subscription from.

  2. Click on your profile picture at the top right and select Settings.

  3. Click on Edit next to the Notifications option.

  4. Check/uncheck the boxes you're interested in to manage the notifications you’d like to receive.

    You can select to receive digest emails, mentions emails, updates about topics you're following, product discussions, etc:

  5. Hit Save to save your changes.
