You can easily customize the notifications you receive from Podia by adjusting your settings by visiting your Account settings.
Managing your Podia account notifications
Here's how to manage and customize your Podia account notifications:
Click on your account name on left-hand menu and select the “Account” option.
Scroll down to the Notifications section.
You can manage notifications for different areas of your account, such as:
Simply use the checkboxes to determine if you'd like to receive notifications for a particular item or not.
More information can be found below for each of these options.
Once the changes have been finalized, click on Save changes at the bottom of the page.
General notifications
Customize some of the notifications we send you about your account and customers.
You'll be able to customize both email and in-app notifications:
Email notifications: New account cancellations, new affiliate product sales, new affiliate community sales, unread chat messages (1hr delay).
In-app notifications: New chat and inbox notifications.
Product notifications
Manage notifications we send you about your products, such as:
New product comments
New sign-ups for free products
New sign-ups for paid products
Product payment success and failure
Notifications for new discussions and discussion replies for each one of your products
Ability to mute notifications for specific products
Community notifications
Manage notifications we send you about your community:
New members
New member cancellations (paid subscriptions cancelled by the customer)
Mentions in open and public topics you don't follow
Individual controls for mentions, new posts, post replies, and comment replies for each one of your topics
Blog notifications
Manage notifications we send you about activity on your blog:
Comments on posts
Replies to your comments
Replies to other people's comments
