Manage your Podia account notification preferences

Customize your Podia notifications by navigating to your account settings.

You can easily customize the notifications you receive from Podia by adjusting your settings by visiting your account settings.

The notifications can be adjusted inside your Account settings in your dashboard.


Managing your Podia account notification preferences

To opt in and out of email notifications for your Podia account, follow these steps.

  1. Click on your account name on the sidebar menu and select “Account”.

  2. Scroll down to the notifications section on account page.


  3. On the notification settings section, you'll see different options for different areas of Podia.

    Simply use the checkboxes to determine if you'd like to receive notifications for a particular item or not.

    More information can be found below for each of these options.

  4. Once the changes have been finalized, click on Save changes at the bottom of the page.

General notifications

Customize some of the notifications we send you about your account and customers.

You'll be able to customize both email and in-app notifications:

  • Email notifications: New account cancellations, new affiliate product sales, new affiliate community sales, unread chat messages (1hr delay)

  • In-app notifications: New chat and inbox notifications


Product notifications

Customize some of the notifications we send you about your products.

You'll also be able to mute notifications for specific products.

If you have discussions turned on, you'll also be able to control these options here.

Community notifications

Control the notifications we send you about changes to your community.

Blog notifications

You are able to customize the notifications we send you about activity on your blog.
