Archiving and unarchiving coupons can be used whenever you need to manage their availability settings.

For example, if you want a coupon not to be used anymore or if you made a mistake when setting up a coupon, you can archive it, and it will become unavailable.

Archiving a coupon

Archiving a coupon will automatically prevent it from being used again.

  1. From your Podia dashboard, click on Sales > Coupons in the sidebar menu.

  2. To archive a coupon, simply click on the Archive icon next to the coupon name.

After a coupon is archived, new customers will no longer be able to redeem it. However, if the coupon has already been applied—such as to an active subscription—it will remain valid and continue to apply to future billing cycles.

Unarchiving a coupon

Here's how to unarchive a coupon.

  1. From the coupons page, filter for your archived coupons.

  2. Click on Unarchive next to the coupon code you'd like to unarchive.

You can only have one unique coupon code per active coupon type listed above.
