Paying affiliates

As your affiliates earn commissions, it’s your responsibility to handle their payments through Podia.

This is a manual process, giving you full control over the amount and frequency of payments to your affiliates.

Podia provides 2 options for paying your affiliates:

  • Pay them through PayPal - you can pay them directly through PayPal within Podia

  • Mark as paid - you can use an external platform for payments and then mark them as paid in Podia.

Here's how to pay affiliates through Podia:

  1. From the top navigation menu, click on Audience and select Affiliates

  2. Podia will show you a list of unpaid affiliates and how much you owe each of them.

  3. Click the Pay button next to the affiliate’s name to send their payment through PayPal.

  4. Enter the amount you want to pay. You can either pay the full amount or enter a custom value if you follow a specific payout schedule.

  5. Log in to the PayPal account you want to use for payments, review the details, and complete the payout.

  6. Once the payment is done, click Mark as paid in Podia to update the affiliate’s status and keep track of who’s been paid.

After payments are made, affiliates will see the status updated to “Paid” on their dashboard. They’ll also receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
