If your customers or members are having trouble logging in to your site you can easily change their password from your side of things and send them new credentials.
Here's what you'll need to do!
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
Find the customer or member you're looking for via the search bar and click on their name on the left to open up their profile.
If you selected their name to view the full profile, click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the page and choose "Reset password"from that drop-down.
You can also select the "..." button on the Audience page and select "Reset password" from the menu.
On the page that opens you'll be able to set up a new password for the account.
Hit Save to save your changes.
You'll now want to communicate the new password to the customer or member who requested it so they can get logged in 🤗
