Here's how to update the email or password associated with your customer account.

Changing your email address

Here's how to change the email address of your customer account:

  1. Log in to your customer account using the URL from the site where you purchased your product/subscription from.

  2. Click on your profile picture at the top right and select Settings.

  3. Click on Edit next to Email.

  4. Update the field with the email address you'd like to use and hit Save to save your changes.

Changing your password

Here's how to change the password of your customer account:

  1. Log in to your customer account using the URL from the site where you purchased your product/subscription from.

  2. Click on your profile picture at the top right and select Settings.

  3. Click on Edit next to Password.

  4. Enter your current password and the new password you want to use for your account.

  5. Hit Save to save your changes.
