Changing an account's password

Learn how to update your customers' passwords if they run into issues logging in.

If your customers or members are having trouble logging in to your site you can easily change their password from your side of things and send them new credentials.

Here's how to change an account's password:

  1. Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.

  2. You will now see all of the people in your audience. You can use the search bar at the top to look for a specific account by name or email address.

    To view an individual's full profile and make changes, click on their name.

  3. On their audience profile. click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the page and choose "Reset password" from the drop-down menu.​

  4. On the page that opens you'll be able to set up a new password for the account.

  5. Hit Save to save your changes.

You'll now want to communicate the new password to the customer who requested it so they can log in using the new credentials you've set.
