If your customers or members are having trouble logging in to your site you can easily change their password from your side of things and send them new credentials.
Here's how to change an account's password:
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
You will now see all of your contacts. You can use the search bar at the top to look for a specific account by name or email address.
To view a contact's full profile and make changes, click on their name.
Once on the contact profile, click on the "..." button on the top right of the profile page and select "Reset password".
Set up a new password for the account.
Hit Save to save your changes.
After updating the password, make sure to share the new password details with the customer so they can access their account using the credentials you set.
