You can grab a member’s attention by tagging them with an @mention in your posts, comments, and replies.
It’s a simple way to keep conversations engaging and personal!
Using mentions in your community
To mention someone, type the @ symbol in the comment or post, then start typing their name!
As you type in their name, results of matching active members will be available for you to select from.
The more of their name that you type after the @
symbol, the more refined search results become.
Click on the name of the person you want to mention to add it to the post.

What type of notifications will my customer receive?
By default, your customers will receive email notifications for any post or comment that they're mentioned in.
They are able to toggle this notification on/off in their customer settings.
