Adding information to your invoices

Learn how to add additional information, like a VAT number, to Podia invoices.

Invoices on Podia follow a standard format that includes most of the key details you and your customers typically need, such as payment information and transaction details.

If you need to include additional information on your invoices — like a VAT number or other custom details — you can do that by following the steps below.

Adding information to your invoices

Here's how to add custom information to your Podia invoices.

  1. From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.

  2. From the Admin dashboard, click Settings > Payments in the sidebar menu.

  3. Click Edit next to the Taxes option.

  4. From there, update the field called Your tax address. Any additional information added to this field will appear on your invoices.

  5. Click Save to save your changes.

The information entered here will now appear on your monthly invoice with Podia, as well as the PDF invoice your customers can download.

FAQs

Can I add additional information for just customer sales invoices or just Podia subscription invoices?

No. Additional information entered via the steps above will apply to both your sales invoices and Podia subscription invoices.
