Report issues by sharing clear details, links, and screenshots so support can quickly understand and resolve the problem.

If you're experiencing a problem with Podia, we're here to help you get back on track quickly. Providing detailed information upfront can significantly speed up the resolution process.


Information to Include

When contacting support, please provide:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Steps you've already taken to troubleshoot

  • A link to the affected page

  • Screenshots or screen recordings illustrating the problem


Preliminary Troubleshooting Steps

Before reaching out, try the following:

  1. Test in a different browser to see if the issue persists.

  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.

If the issue continues after these steps, please mention the troubleshooting you've performed in your message.


Describing the Issue Effectively

Providing a detailed description helps us assist you more efficiently.

Less helpful:
"My email campaign isn't working."

More helpful:
"I'm experiencing an issue with my email campaign, '90 Day Sales Funnel' (link). It was sent last week but shows no opens. I suspect something might be wrong."


Capturing Screenshots

On Mac:

  • Full screen: Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 3.

  • Portion of screen: Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4, then select the area.

On Windows:

  • Full screen: Press the Print Screen key.

  • Portion of screen: Use the Snipping Tool.


Recording Your Screen

You can use Loom to create a screen recording that demonstrates the issue.
