What is the email warm-up period?

If you’re new to sending emails on Podia, you’ll be placed under an email warm-up period.

This period will automatically lift after you’ve sent your first few emails on Podia and is intended to help you build a solid email deliverability reputation.

During the warm-up period, you can only send emails at least 24 hours apart from each other.

What emails count towards that limit?

The warm-up period would only affect email broadcasts and campaigns.

Transactional emails will continue to be sent as usual to your customers.
