Setting up a default sender name
Follow the steps below to set up your default sender name.
In the sidebar menu, click on Settings.
Locate the Email settings group and click on Edit next to the Default sender option.
Enter the name you'd like to use as your default sender name under Default name.
Click Save to save your changes. This Default sender name you set will be used by default on new broadcasts and campaigns you send through Podia.
Setting up per-email sender names
In addition to changing the default sender name, you can also adjust the sender name for individual broadcasts and campaigns as well.
You'll start off by creating your emails. In the sidebar menu, click on Email and choose either Broadcasts or Campaigns, depending on what you want to create.
Click on New Email > New broadcast/New campaign to create a new broadcast or campaign.
Customize the name you want these emails to be sent from by entering the name you want to use in the From field.
Broadcasts: You can customize the "From" field for each individual broadcast you send through Podia.
Campaigns: You can customize the "From" field for each individual campaign you send through Podia. All emails in that specific campaign will then use the sender name you've set up.
