The sender name is the name that appears as the sender when your emails are delivered. It's what your subscribers see when they receive emails from you.
With Podia, you have the flexibility to personalize your email sender name for broadcasts and campaigns.
You can set a default name or change the From address for individual broadcasts and campaigns as well.
Background
The sender name is what your subscribers see when they receive emails from you. It's the name that shows up as the person or company sending the email.
Podia allows you to customize this sender name for your email broadcasts and campaigns.
You can choose a default name for all emails or even change it for specific broadcasts and campaigns you send.
There are a few things you should keep in mind when choosing a sender name:
Ensure that your email sender address is familiar to your subscribers. Ideally, it should reflect your name, business name, or site name on Podia.
Choosing a sender name that doesn't represent you or your business may reduce your deliverability rates and instead send them to your subscribers' spam folders.
Always select a sender name that accurately reflects who you are to help ensure your emails get delivered properly.
Please be aware that Podia's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) forbids impersonation and phishing.
If your sender name does not accurately represent your identity or business, it may trigger an account review process, which may lead to account deletion.
