Viewing customer email engagement data

Learn how to filter your audience based on their email activity.

If you're curious to see which of your audience members have opened or engaged with one of your emails, you're in luck! With Podia's audience filters, it's easy to gather this information.


Applying email engagement filters

Log into your Podia dashboard and navigate to the Audience tab.

Next, you can apply the filters by clicking the filter dropdown menu.

Select Email activity, then filter down your results based on email type, specific email, and customer activity.

  • Email type: You can select Any, Campaign email, or Broadcast email

  • Specific email: Choose a Broadcast email, or Email campaign and specific email in the sequence

  • Customer activity: Opened, Didn't open, Clicked a link, or Didn't click a link

After you click "apply" you will see customers who met the defined criteria. βœ…
