Sending a large volume of emails can make it challenging to track performance or find a specific email sent in the past.
With Podia, you can easily filter, sort, and search for previously sent emails 🔍
Searching for specific emails
Here's how to search for specific emails on your Podia account:
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
Click on Email in the sidebar menu and choose either Broadcasts or Campaigns, depending on what you're trying to search for.
Type in the Name of the email broadcast or campaign you want to locate in the search bar.
Keep in mind, when searching for broadcasts or campaigns, you'll need to enter the name you've set for them. Searching by the subject line won't work.
All results that match your search will show up. Click on the one you want to access.
Filtering and sorting emails
You can also filter and sort emails based on certain parameters.
Click on Email in the sidebar menu and choose either Broadcasts or Campaigns, depending on what you're trying to access.
Use the Filter and Sort buttons to select which parameters you'd like to apply.
Broadcast options:
Filters - All, Draft, Scheduled, Sent
Sort by - Created, Status, Opened, Clicked, Sale
Campaign options:
Filters - All, Draft, Paused, Running
Sort by - Date, Active, Status, Completed
Select the desired parameters and analyze the data from the results.
