Coaching sessions are a great way to deliver value to your audience and monetize your expertise! đ°
With Podia, you can sell coaching sessions, making it a straightforward way for you to transform your expertise into a source of income.
You can seamlessly integrate this with popular scheduling software to manage your sessions and appointments efficiently.

Creating a coaching session product
Step 1: Click on Products in the top bar of your navigation and choose +New Product.
Step 2: On the next page, select "Coaching session".
Enter a name for your product and click on "Create product".
Step 3: It's now time to build your product!
Under Booking, you can either embed a booking calendar from one of our supported platforms or link to a custom calendar link.
Paste the direct link for your booking page in the available field to get started.
We do support embeds from Calendly, SavvyCal, Acuity or YouCanBookMe.
If you use a different platform, select Custom calendar link. These will show up as a normal button on the booking page.
Step 4: Add instructions you want to appear on your customersâ product page:
Step 5: You can use the tabs at the top to change other product details, such as name, pricing, availability & more!
Step 6: When youâre finished configuring your product detailsâ, hit Publish to make your product live and ready to be sold!
Great! Now your product is published and ready to be shared with your audience đ„ł

What does it look like to customers?
As soon as customers buy your coaching session, theyâll be able to access your product to book a slot!
They'll also be able to view the instructions you have entered when creating the product.

Do clients pay for the coaching session on the platform I've connected?
Clients pay for access to your booking calendar directly through Podia and not on your booking calendar software.
To avoid double-charging your customers, you can disable payment collection in your booking calendar settings, since theyâve already paid through Podia.
How are reminder emails handled and sent to customers?
Podia allows you to sell coaching sessions with the flexibility to integrate with your preferred booking software.
All reminder and confirmation emails related to these bookings are managed by your chosen scheduling software. You can edit/configure these directly with your scheduling software.
How do I set up a coaching product for repeat purchases?
If you'd like to give clients the ability to purchase repeat sessions of the same coaching product, follow the directions here to set an access duration period for your product.
This will automatically remove their access to the product, and they will be able to purchase the same product again and book more sessions.
Will customers be able to book a session more than once?
Yes. Since this is not a direct integration with these platforms, there is no way for us to confirm if someone has already booked a session or not.
We advise you to handle any client/booking slot directly with the platform of your choice.
