  2. Go to the Email tab in the sidebar menu.

  3. If prompted, click Set up email to configure your settings:

    • Choose whether to enable double opt-in for subscribers.

    • Customize your opt-in confirmation message.

    • Enter a mailing address to comply with anti-spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

  4. Click Finish setup to save.

You can update your settings anytime.

Now you're ready to send your first email! Let's walk through your two options: broadcasts and campaigns.

Sending one-off emails (Broadcasts)

How do I send a one-time message to my audience?

Use broadcasts to send standalone emails like newsletters or product announcements.

Steps to send a broadcast:

  1. In the Email tab, select Broadcasts.

  2. Click + New broadcast.

  3. Add a subject line and write your content.

  4. Choose who should receive the email:

    • Everyone

    • Specific tags or segments

  5. Decide to send now or schedule for later.

You can also duplicate previous emails or save drafts.

Setting up automated email campaigns

How do I send a sequence of emails automatically?

Campaigns let you send a timed sequence of emails based on triggers like sign-ups or purchases.

To create a campaign:

  1. Click on EmailCampaigns.

  2. Select + New campaign and name it.

  3. Set a trigger (e.g. signs up, buys a product).

  4. Add emails to the sequence, specifying delays between each.

  5. Click Publish when ready.

You can edit timing or content at any time—even after launching.

Managing your contacts

Where can I see and organize my email subscribers?

Visit the Audience tab to:

  • View subscriber profiles and email activity

  • Filter by tags, purchases, or behavior

  • Apply or remove tags for better targeting

Tags let you group contacts and send tailored emails.

Tracking performance

How do I know how my emails are doing?

Click into any email or campaign to view:

  • Open and click rates

  • Unsubscribes

  • Conversions (if linked to products)

These metrics help you improve future emails and campaigns.
