How do I get started with Podia Email features?
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
Click on the Email at the sidebar menu and choose either Broadcasts or Campaigns.
Broadcasts: You can utilize them in various ways: a one-off email, a "weekly roundup", or even a set of scheduled broadcast emails to tell potential customers about an upcoming promotion.
Campaigns: Email campaigns are automated email sequences designed to reach your subscribers at specific moments of their journey with you. You can target subscribers based on specific tags, products they've signed up for, specific behaviors, and more!

Do I HAVE to pay for Podia Email?
No, you don’t need to pay for Podia Email if you don’t plan to send emails through Podia.
Podia integrates with other email platforms, so you can use the service of your choice instead if you prefer not to send emails through Podia.
How much does Podia Email cost?
Podia Email pricing is based on the number of subscribers in your account—not the number of contacts or the number of emails you send each month.
Each base plan includes a certain number of subscribers. If your subscriber count stays within your plan’s included limit, sending emails is included at no additional cost.

If your subscriber count exceeds your plan’s included limit, you’ll be prompted to purchase more subscribers within your plan.
You can manage your Podia plan at any time from your Billing page and choose the plan that matches the number of subscribers in your account.
How does Podia count subscribers?
Your email billing is determined by the count of subscribers in your account (not contacts, and not a monthly email send count).
People marked with "Not subscribed" or "Unconfirmed" won't be counted towards your limit.
Sending limits
What happens if I exceed the number of subscribers on my plan?
If you exceed the number of subscribers for your plan, the ability to send emails will be disabled (broadcasts + campaigns).
Scheduled broadcasts will be set to draft, and email campaigns will be paused.
You will be prompted to upgrade to the next available tier or remove active subscribers to restore email sending functionality.
Once email sending functionality is restored, make sure to re-schedule broadcasts and resume paused campaigns.
Migrating your emails to Podia
How can I add my existing emails to Podia?
You can import your emails directly from your account or request an email migration.
Can you migrate emails for me?
