Deleting a subscription plan is easy and can be done with just a few steps.

Before you delete a subscription plan, please read carefully all of its implications.


Considerations

Deleting a plan from your community is possible so long as there are no active subscriptions.

If there are, you first need to cancel your community membersโ€™ subscription from this specific plan before you can delete it.

Have a lot of subscribers? Reach out to us! We can cancel these in bulk on our end.

Deleted plans CANNOT be recovered.

Once a plan is deleted, there is no way to retrieve it or the data associated with it.

Deleting a plan will remove all of its sales history from your Podia account.

The sales data will still be present in your Stripe account, but invoices and sales history for that plan will be removed from your Podia account.

Deleting a subscription plan

Here's how to delete a subscription plan:

  1. In the sidebar menu, click on Community and then select Plans.

  2. Click on "..." next to the plan you want to delete and select "Delete".
    โ€‹

  3. Review if you've selected the right plan and click on Delete plan. Deleted plans cannot be recovered.
