While Podia does not support creating contact forms directly, here's how to make sure of external platforms - such as Typeform or Google Forms - and add these to your site pages and course content.
Customers can also get in touch with you through our messaging feature.
Adding a Google Form or Typeform
You can embed forms directly onto your Podia site pages and products.
In order to do that, simply create your form on Google Forms or Typeform and paste the URL into a text section of your Podia site.
The form will show up after you Publish your site page changes and view the live page.

Using a mailto: link
Popping a button onto your page allows you to have your customers reach out to your email address directly.
You can use the mailto: link code to trigger an email to be sent once customers click on a specific button:
Here's how to use a mailto:link option to set up a contact form:
Add a Text page section to one of your site pages.
Fill out the card with the following information:
Title: "Contact me via email!"
Text: "Want to get more information? Contact me by hitting the button below."
Button 1: "Email me! ✉️ " and "mailto:[email protected]"
