If you are subscribed to a subscription plan from a community hosted on Podia and want to switch to a different plan, follow these steps to update your subscription.
Log into your customer account. After you've logged in, click on your profile picture and select Settings:
Scroll down until you find the Billing section. Click on Edit next to Community.
Click on Change plan to change the plan you're enrolled in:
⚠️ Note: if you want to upgrade from a free to a paid plan make sure you connect a payment method first.
Select the new plan you'd like to subscribe to from the dropdown menu.
Review how much you'd be charged for updating your plan, apply any discount codes, and if you agree, simply click on Change Plan.
If you downgrade plans, the remaining credit will be applied to your customer account and will be used in the following invoices.
