If you’re subscribed to a product hosted on Podia, here’s how you can view and manage your active subscriptions:
Log into your customer account. After you've logged in, click on your profile picture and select Settings.
Scroll down until you find the Billing section. Click on View next to Subscriptions.
From there, you'll be able to view all of your active product subscriptions.
Click on "..." next to the subscription you'd like to manage to be able to:
Switch to yearly/monthly: Switch billing schedules for your product subscription. The switch will take place at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancel subscription: Cancel your active product subscription. Your subscriptions will be canceled at the end of your billing cycle.
