If you're working with anyone else on your products, you can add them to your team. They'll get a separate login for your Podia account, and can't make major account changes like billing settings or canceling your account.

Introduction

Inviting team members to your Podia account is simple and easy.

They'll get a separate login for your Podia account, and can't make major account changes like billing settings or canceling your account.

We have a few teammate plans available to choose from:

  • 1 teammate: $20/month

  • 5 teammates: $50/month

  • 20 teammates: $100/month

These Teammate plans can be subscribed to on either of our Podia base plans: Mover, or Shaker.

Inviting and managing team members

  1. To get started, click on your account name on the sidebar menu and select “Team” from the dropdown menu.

  2. On the Team's page, click on Invite teammate to invite your first team member.

You'll need a paid Teams plan to invite teammates, so make sure you upgrade your Teams plan first from your Billing page.

In the event that you already have reached the limit for your current Teams plan, you will be prompted to upgrade to the next tier before adding your new teammate.

  3. After clicking Invite Teammate, enter your teammate’s name and email address, and choose their permission settings.

Here’s what checking each of the permission settings allows the teammate to do:

    1. Affiliates: View, manage, and invite affiliates.

    2. Audience: View, manage, and delete people from your audience.

    3. Blog: View, add, edit and remove blog posts.

    4. Community: View, manage, and create community plans, and publish community content.

    5. Coupons: View, create, and delete coupons.

    6. Email: View, create, and send emails.

    7. Media Library: View and manage files in your media library.

    8. Products: View, manage, create, publish, and delete products.

    9. Sales: View and download sales, and issue refunds.

    10. Site Builder: View, manage, create, or delete pages.

    11. Settings: View and manage site settings.

No matter what settings you choose, teammates cannot change your billing, payment settings, team settings, access messaging, or cancel your account.

  4. Click "Send invitation" to invite your teammate. They’ll receive an email inviting them to accept your invitation and create an account.

  5. Once your teammate accepts your invitation, they’ll be able to set a password, change their email address, and log in to help you manage your site!

FAQ

I only need two teammates- which Teams plan would I need?

Our teammate plans are offered in three tiers: 1 teammate, 5 teammates, and 20 teammates.

If you need 2 teammates, you'd need to choose the "5 teammates" plan.

Can I be on a monthly Teams plan even though I'm on an annual base plan?

You sure can! Our Teammate add-on bills separately from your base plan, so you can choose to pay monthly for one and annually for the other.

Can I add a second account owner or administrator?

At this time, each account is limited to a single owner/administrator. Added teammates are unable to share ownership of an account.
