Canceling a community member’s subscription is quick and easy from your customer profile dashboard.
You can choose to cancel their subscription immediately or let it expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
Canceling a member's subscription
Follow the steps below to cancel a community member subscription on Podia.
In the sidebar menu, click Audience.
Locate the member whose subscription you'd like to cancel by searching for their name/email in the search field.
Under the Community area, click on the "..." icon next to the plan you'd like to cancel and choose "Cancel subscription...".
A pop-up will appear showing you the implications of canceling this member's plan.
If you're canceling a paid plan: you can decide to cancel the subscription immediately or at the end of the billing cycle.
If you're canceling a free plan: you can only cancel it immediately.
To confirm the cancellation, click on the red Cancel subscription button.
