Understanding the customer dashboard

The customer dashboard lets customers view products, access the community, and manage their account settings.

The customer dashboard is the central hub where your customers can:

  • View all products they’re enrolled in

  • Access the community area (if enabled)

  • Manage their account settings, including:

    • Updating their name

    • Changing their email address

    • Resetting their password

    • Managing payment methods


Navigating the dashboard

Customers can access different areas of the dashboard using the left-hand sidebar or the profile menu.

Products

To view enrolled products:

  1. Click Products in the sidebar menu.

  2. You’ll see a list of all enrolled products.

  3. Click any product name to open the product viewer and access its content.

Community (if available)

If you have a community enabled:

  1. At the sidebar menu, hover to Community.

  2. Select Community.

Account settings

Customers can also manage their account by:

  1. At the sidebar menu, hover to Settings.

  2. Select Settings.

    From here, they can:

    1. Update personal information

    2. Change their password

    3. Manage payment methods

    4. Edit their email or name
