Understanding the customer dashboard

The customer dashboard lets customers view products, access the community, and manage their account settings.

The customer dashboard is the central hub where your customers can:

  • View all products they’re enrolled in

  • Access the community area (if enabled)

  • Manage their account settings, including:

    • Updating their name

    • Changing their email address

    • Resetting their password

    • Managing payment methods

Navigating the dashboard

Customers can access different areas of the dashboard using the left-hand sidebar or the profile menu.

Products

To view enrolled products:

  1. Click on the avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Products.

  2. Customers will then see a list of all their enrolled products.

  3. Click any product name to open the product viewer and access its content.

Community

If customers are member of a community, they'll have this option enabled on their end as well.

Here's how they can access it:

  1. Click on the avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Community.

  2. Customers will then be taken to their community Home Feed.

Account settings

Customers can also manage their accounts by:

  1. Click on the avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.

  2. From the settings page they can:

    1. Update personal information

    2. Change their password

    3. Manage payment methods

    4. Edit their email or name
