You can quickly look up someone’s account in your audience to update their details or view extra information, like which products or community plans they’re enrolled in.
Viewing a customer profile
Here’s how to view a customer profile:
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu.
You will now see all of the people in your audience. You can use the search bar at the top to look for a specific account by name or email address.
To view a customer profile and make changes, click on their name.
You'll be able to view their customer profile. The customer profile displays the most important information about your customers, such as:
Products: View all the products your customer has access to
Invoices: View all of the invoices from a specific customer
Details: View all of your customer's details, such as last active date, email, if they are subscribed to emails or not and if they're part of any community plans
Tags: View all of your customer's tags
Analytics: View how much your customer has spent, how much it brings in MRR and how much it's left for you to collect for payment plans.
