If you have double opt-in turned on, you might have a couple of Unconfirmed subscribers in your audience - people that haven't yet confirmed their email addresses.
You can resend the confirmation email to unconfirmed subscribers if you think they're having trouble or might have missed the original confirmation email.
Resending a confirmation email to unconfirmed subscribers
Here's how to resend a confirmation email to unconfirmed subscribers.
Click on Audience in the sidebar menu and select "Everyone" to see everyone from your audience.
βLocate the account you want to re-send a confirmation email to and click on their name to access the customer profile.
βOn the "Audience Profile" page, click on "..." and select "Resend confirmation".

And that's it! A confirmation email will be resent to this unconfirmed subscriber.
