This guide goes over the profile settings available to you in your customer account.

Here's how to manage your customer's account settings if you have bought a product/subscription hosted through Podia.


Managing your customer settings

  1. Log in to your customer account using the URL from the site where you purchased your product/subscription from.

  2. Click on your profile picture at the top right and select Settings.

  3. You'll be taken to your customer settings page. From there, you can modify different aspects of your customer account.

    To modify a specific setting, simply click on Edit next to the one you’d like to change.

Let's take a look at each one of the options!

Account

Manage your account options, such as Name, Email, Address, Password, and Sessions.

You can also Delete your account directly from this page. All of your content will be lost immediately.

Options

Here you'll be able to manage different options and information of your customer profile, such as:

Billing

Manage your customer's account Billing settings.
