Moving posts between spaces
Here's how to move a post between spaces:
Click the "..." icon next to the post you want to move.
Select the Move option.
Choose the space where you’d like to move the post from the available options.
You can only move posts to spaces where you have access and permission to create posts.
If you’re an admin, you’ll be able to move the post to any space.
If you move a post to a private space with access restrictions, you’ll be asked to confirm the move.
Keep in mind that moving a post to a space with different permissions may change who can view it. Some members who previously had access to the post may lose access after the move.

You can only move posts to spaces where you have access and permission to create posts.
If you don’t see a space in the list, it usually means you either don’t have access to that space or can’t create posts there.
If you’re the account owner, you should be able to see all spaces.
