If you’re subscribed to a community plan hosted on Podia and want to switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription, here’s how you can do it.
Changing your community plan
You can easily change your community plan to a different one by using the "Change Plan" option in your customer settings. Here's how to do it:
Log into your customer account. After you've logged in, click on your profile picture and select Settings:
Scroll down until you find the Billing section. Click on Edit next to Community.
Click on Change plan
Select the new community plan you'd like to subscribe to.
Review how much you'd be charged for updating your plan, apply any discount codes, and enter your payment method.
Click on Pay now to finish changing plans.
Switching to monthly/yearly
You can easily switch between monthly and yearly billing intervals of the same plan by using the "Switch to yearly/monthly" option in your customer settings.
Here's how to do it:
Log into your customer account. After you've logged in, click on your profile picture and select Settings:
Scroll down until you find the Billing section. Click on Edit next to Community.
Click on "Switch to yearly/monthly".
Switching to yearly: You’ll be charged right away, and any unused time from your monthly plan will be applied as credits.
Switching to monthly: The change will take effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle.
You won’t be able to apply coupons when switching between monthly and annual plans.
Review the terms and click on "Switch" to confirm the plan switch.
Canceling your community plan
Here's how to cancel the community plan you're subscribed to from your customer settings.
Log into your customer account. After you've logged in, click on your profile picture and select Settings:
Scroll down until you find the Billing section. Click on Edit next to Community.
Click on Cancel Plan.
Review the plan and click on Cancel to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
