The customer dashboard is the central hub where your customers can:
View all products they’re enrolled in
Access the community area (if enabled)
Manage their account settings, including:
Updating their name
Changing their email address
Resetting their password
Managing payment methods
Navigating the dashboard
Customers can access different areas of the dashboard using the left-hand sidebar or the profile menu.
Products
To view enrolled products:
Click on the avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Products.
Customers will then see a list of all their enrolled products.
Click any product name to open the product viewer and access its content.
Community
If customers are member of a community, they'll have this option enabled on their end as well.
Here's how they can access it:
Click on the avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Community.
Customers will then be taken to their community Home Feed.
Account settings
Customers can also manage their accounts by:
Click on the avatar icon in the top-right corner and select Settings.
From the settings page they can:
Update personal information
Change their password
Manage payment methods
Edit their email or name
