Each Podia plan includes a number of subscribers at no additional cost:
Mover: 100 subscribers included
Shaker: 500 subscribers included
Earthquaker: 1,000 subscribers included
As your audience grows, you can increase or add or remove subscribers from your Podia plan at any time to match the number of active subscribers in your account.
Your subscription cost will automatically adjust based on the subscriber tier you select.
Adding/removing subscribers from your Podia Plan
You can easily add or remove subscribers from your Billing page.
Upgrades will take effect immediately.
When you're downgrading, your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (either monthly or annual).
From your home feed, click on your site name and select Admin from the dropdown menu.
From the Admin dashboard, click Billing in the sidebar menu.
From the Billing page, click Change plan.
Choose how many subscribers you’d like included with your Podia plan. Each plan comes with a different number of subscribers included for free.
Use the dropdown menu to select the subscriber tier that best fits your audience size.
Click Update plan/Upgrade to change your plan. You'll be taken to Stripe's billing portal to review your charge and confirm the changes.

To avoid unwanted charges, Podia will NOT automatically add subscribers to your Podia plan.
Adding/removing subscribers from your Podia plan should be done manually.

If you reduce your subscriber tier to a number lower than the active subscriber count in your account, email sending will be disabled until your account is within the selected limit or you upgrade to a higher subscriber tier.

Transactional emails - such as sales confirmations, failed payment warnings, webinar reminders, etc. - will still be sent.

If your Podia plan payment fails, the ability to send emails will be disabled (broadcasts + campaigns).
Scheduled broadcasts will be set to draft, and email campaigns will be paused.
You will be prompted to fix your payment method, and - once your payment succeeds - email sending functionality should be restored.
Once email sending functionality is restored, make sure to re-schedule broadcasts and resume paused campaigns.
