Can I try out Podia for free?
Yes, you can sign up for a 30-day trial to test Podia's features before making a commitment.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No credit card is needed to sign up for the 30-day trial.
You can explore Podia's features during the trial period, and when you’re ready to upgrade, you can connect your payment method. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What payment methods are available for my Podia plan subscription?
We accept cards from all major brands - as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Is it easy to change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing anytime.
Switching from annual to monthly will take effect after your annual plan expires. However, switching from monthly to annual starts immediately.
Downgrades will apply after your current billing cycle ends, while upgrades take effect right away.
Can I cancel my Podia subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Once your plan is canceled, your site will be taken offline, and your products will no longer be accessible.
If you do not re-subscribe to a paid plan, your data will be permanently deleted after 180 days.
Can I change the billing date for my plan?
Your billing date is based on the day you upgraded or added an add-on to your account.
At this time, adjusting the billing dates for your plan or add-ons is not possible.
Can I get a refund for my Podia subscription?
Podia offers a 30-day trial, allowing you to test its features before making a commitment.
If you sign up for a paid plan (Podia Base, Podia Email, or Podia Teams) and would like a refund, please contact us within 72 hours after your monthly (or annual) renewal or upgrade, and we’ll be happy to refund the most recent payment.
Please note: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for monthly or annual payments, and refunds are only available if requested within 72 hours of the last charge.
Refunds take 5-10 business days to process.
Do you offer any discounts for non-profits?
Currently, we don't currently offer non-profit discounts.
We keep our pricing as low as possible to accommodate unlimited products and hosting for you and other users.
